Rancho Water’s contractor listing shall not be construed as a representation or warranty, express or implied, concerning the operation or workmanship of any of the contractors listed. Customers’ use of any below-noted specialist shall be at the customers’ sole risk. Customers shall release and waive any claims and hold Rancho Water harmless from any and all liability for injury or damages related to the contractor’s work. Customers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence regarding a contractor’s qualifications and experience to the customer’s satisfaction prior to procuring the contractor’s services.
