Construction Project Updates
As a water and wastewater provider, we continuously upgrade, maintain, and repair our systems so they continue to serve our customers. The purpose of this page is to provide information about current Rancho Water projects, explain their need and benefits and inform the community about potential impacts during construction.
Although the District understands that construction creates an inconvenience, it is committed to keeping the community informed of current projects, while working to minimize construction impacts as much as possible.
Scroll around the interactive map to learn more about the planned construction projects near you. Or visit this project list to view detailed information and the latest updates. For any questions or concerns about these projects, please call the District’s construction hotline at (951) 296-6904.
To ensure the availability of recycled water, Rancho Water is replacing a recycled water pipeline on Temecula Parkway between Bedford Court and Rancho Pueblo Rd. Click to view construction details.
The proposed replacement pipeline includes approximately 1,390 linear feet along Margarita Road, from its intersection with Overland Drive south to Solana Way. Check back soon for more updates.
Rancho Water will replace 2,200 linear feet of water pipeline on County Center Drive from the intersection of Ynez Road to Equity Drive. The existing pipe has experienced several leaks since 2010. In an effort to avoid additional emergency water service interruptions, Rancho Water has elected to replace the pipeline to ensure the water infrastructure is reliable for the community.
- UPDATE: On Monday, May 18, the RTA bus stop 2504 on County Center Drive in Temecula, serving routes 55 and 79, will be temporarily discontinued until mid-November. The nearest stop is 2309 on Equity Drive and Harveston Park.
