Carol Lee Gonzales-Brady was elected to Rancho Water’s Board in 2017. Her current term will expire in December 2022. Ms. Gonzales-Brady currently serves as the Board's President and served as Senior Vice President in 2020. She represents Rancho Water as the Alternate Representative to the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA)/Joint Powers Insurance Authority (JPIA), and is an elected member of ACWA’s Region 9 Board.
A native Californian with long family ties to the Temecula region, Director Gonzales-Brady is a vineyard owner and member of the Temecula Winegrowers Association. Prior to joining Rancho Water’s Board, she served two terms on the Temecula-Elsinore-Anza-Murrieta Resource Conservation District’s Board of Directors.
Director Gonzales-Brady is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management (magna cum laude). Her career has spanned federally regulated industries including electric/water utilities and power plant engineering/construction.
