Water Education Training (WET) Presentations

Free training for educators is available through the Project WET program. The goal of Project WET is to promote awareness, appreciation, and knowledge of California's water resources. Seminars are scheduled on a quarterly basis. For more information, visit the Project Wet website.

Water Education Advisory Council (WEAC) Mini-Grant for Water Projects

The WEAC is a committee of local water agencies, including Rancho Water that provides mini-grant opportunities to help fund classroom or school projects that further a better understanding of water and the important role that it plays in Southern California. Teachers can receive up to $500 in classroom funding. For more information, visit the Western Municipal Water District website.

Free Water Education Classroom Materials

Rancho Water offers free water education classroom materials to teachers in our service area. All materials meet California State Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards. Use the Free Water Education Classroom Materials Form to choose the materials for your classroom and we will deliver or mail them to you. If you have any questions please email us.
