Rancho California Water District's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) has earned the prestigious Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in each year an ACFR was prepared. This award recognizes governments whose ACRFs achieve the highest standards in government accounting and financial reporting. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a government must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized ACFR. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable legal requirements.
