All board of directors meetings are open to the public. Any member of the public who wishes to address the directors at a board meeting may do so during the portion of the meeting set aside for public comment.
COVID-19 Public Service Announcement
Until further notice, Board meetings will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of California Executive Order 29-20, which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act. During the current State of Emergency and in the interest of public health and safety, certain members of the Board may be participating in meetings by teleconference. In accordance with the Executive Order, there will be no members of the public in attendance at the Board Meetings. We are providing alternatives to in-person attendance for participating in meetings.

About the Board
The District is governed by a seven-member elected board of directors. The Directors serve alternate four-year terms. At its first meeting in the month of December of each year, the Board shall elect one of its members as president, one member as senior vice president, and the remaining members serve as vice presidents. The officers shall serve for a period of one year or until their successors are elected.
