All board of directors meetings are open to the public. Any member of the public who wishes to address the directors at a board meeting may do so during the portion of the meeting set aside for public comment.
COVID-19 Public Service Announcement
Until further notice, Board meetings will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of California Executive Order 29-20, which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act. During the current State of Emergency and in the interest of public health and safety, the meetings of the Board of Directors will be conducted as a hybrid (in-person and via Zoom) videoconference meeting.
In-Person Public Participation: Members wishing to attend the meeting in-person should be prepared to wear a face covering.
