    1. Exit Winchester Road. Turn right (west).
    2. Proceed west on Winchester Road crossing three signals (Jefferson Avenue, Enterprise Circle North, and Diaz Road)
    3. After crossing Diaz Road, Rancho Water will be the second building on your right (to the north)
    4. Enter second driveway. Park in the customer parking lot.
  • Directions From I-15, Northbound:

Current Lobby Hours

Our lobby currently has modified hours due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are open Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. for water bill payments only. Please call 951-296-6900 for anything related to engineering.

Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
