Water Resources Planning
Water Resources Planning is responsible for preparing studies, analyses, and plans that ensure the reliability of water supply sufficient to meet the needs of customers in varying hydrologic conditions and for preparing water supply assessments for proposed development projects and special studies within the watershed.
Water Resources Planning also leads management and implementation of the Upper Santa Margarita Watershed Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) Plan.
